An interview with Linda and Jen Barrick
Guest: Linda Barrick
Linda Barrick is an author, Bible teacher, and founder of Hope Out Loud, a non-profit ministry that shares the gospel and provides hope for hurting and broken people all over the world. Linda’s life was dramatically changed over a decade ago when a drunk driver struck their family van head-on going 80 mph, nearly killing them all. Linda’s daughter, Jen, suffered a traumatic brain injury and wasn’t expected to live. Even though Jen still suffers from vision impairment and memory loss, God is using her story to change thousands of lives with a message of faith, healing, and forgiveness.
Linda and her family are inspirational speakers and God has given them a platform to share Jesus that they never dreamed possible. Linda and Jen have been interviewed on numerous radio and television programs including Fox and Friends, NBC Today Show, CBN and “The Jennifer Barrick Story” television documentary produced by Joni and Friends, which recently won a Telly Award. This past year during the covid pandemic, Jen’s book “Prayers of Hope” was translated into Spanish and 100,000 copies were given to boys and girls rescued from the streets in South and Central America.
